Returns Policy
All items come with a 7 Day no quibble returns policy.
This does not apply to any digitally supplied goods.
If you wish to return an item then in the first instance contact us by either telephone or email sales@ironsden.co.uk.
The product/s must be unopened and returned to us in the condition it was sent. We do not pay for any returns delivery and it is up to you the customer to ensure it is packaged properly for transit and insured to the correct value.
We may take our delivery charge from the total value of the order that is returned back to you.
Once items arrive and are checked and deemed satisfactory your payment will be returned. Please note that this can take up 10 working days.
For european orders unfortunately we cannot accept any returns.
Shipping
We do everything to ensure your item/s are packaged correctly and safely and reach you in the minimum of time.
Our aim is to always get your products to you in the shortest time.
You will recieve an email from our system to show that we have recieved your order and it is currently being processed.
Once your order is received, processed and packed it will be booked for the delivery option you chose. All orders will be booked for delivery either the same working day or the next working day depending on when your order is recieved and also stock level. Orders will be picked up either the same working day or the next working day again depending on when your order is received. With many of our products having next day delivery.
You will recieve an email from our system once your order has been shipped.
Our normal mainland UK courier is Interlink. You will receive an email with tracking details and also a one hour delivery slot. Helping you to know exactly when to be in and not having to stay in all day waiting for a delivery. If the time isn’t convenient then you have the option to rebook before they have attempted delivery.

All Deliveries require a signature at the address given on the order.
The term Next Working Day Delivery is the service level on which your item will be booked onto. This does not mean when you place your order you will recieve your item/s next day. Normally if the item is in stock you can expect to take delivery within one working day. We accept no responsibilty for delays in delivery by the delivery company itself but we will always resolve these issues in the shortest amount of time.
